The Whitewater High School Library Media Center (LMC) is an inviting area where students come to study, read, and research using both print and online resources. The LMC is staffed by Cory Peppler, District Library Media Specialist; Tina Mueller, LMC Paraprofessional and Gary Hookstead, LMC Paraprofessional. The LMC is open to students and staff on school days, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Tutoring Center is open in the LMC to all students on school days, Monday through Thursday from 3:05 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday until 4 p.m.

The LMC encompasses a large study area with computers for student use, as well as two computer labs. The print collection includes over 16,000 titles. In addition, the LMC provides students and staff with many newspaper and magazine subscriptions. To support student research the LMC subscribes to several online databases. These resources are located on the left side of this page and can be accessed from school or home. See the LMC staff for usernames and passwords.
