Hallway Decorations
The transformation has begun! Students are decorating hallways in their class colors in preparation for Homecoming 2012.


PowderPuff Football
In Homecoming PowderPuff Football action on Monday evening, October 1, the Junior Class claimed the championship.


Wednesday - Camouflage Day
In honor of the Homecoming theme, “It’s The End of The World,” students dressed in camouflage on Wednesday.


Homecoming Court
Each sport and activity in operation in the fall may nominate one male and one female for Homecoming Court.


Lip Sync
The junior class grabbed the Lip Sync title for Homecoming 2012 on Wednesday evening, October 3. The seniors finished in second, the sophomores third, and the freshmen fourth. Friday Afternoon
The classes took turns winning at the various activities throughout the day. The freshmen won the Scavenger Hunt and the Puzzles. The sophomores claimed the titles for Dodgeball, Volleyball, Wii Mario, and Ping-Pong. The juniors took first in Speed, and the seniors won Almost Anything Goes and the Class Cheer. In the final overall point standings for the week the juniors claimed first place with 2780 points, the sophomores followed in second with 2590 points, the seniors finished third with 2410 points, and the freshmen came in fourth with 2100 points.


Monday - Class Color Day
Monday’s Homecoming Dress Day was Class Color Day when the seniors wore their purple, the juniors showed off their yellow, the sophomores donned orange, and the freshmen came in green to show their class spirit.


Tuesday - Black & White Day
Tuesday was a black out/white out where the juniors and seniors wore black while the freshmen and sophomores dressed in white.


Thursday - Pajama Day
Thursday's Homecoming Dress Day was Pajama Day. The sophomores won the day with 64% of their class participating.


Burning of the W
WHS traditionally burns a W after the Lip Sync competition in order to say, "Fire Up, Whitewater!"


Friday - Red & White Day
Seniors Michala Schramm and Ben Hanson have been named Mr. & Miss Red & White for showing the most school spirit on Friday for Red & White Day. Each student will earn 25 bonus points for their class.
