Programs of Study Handbook

The attached Programs of Study Handbook was developed by Sandra Maylen to help students become college and career ready by learning more about Career & Technical Education Programs.  Whitewater High School offers a number of programs that prepare students for post-secondary studies and hands-on experiences in specific careers.  Students can take a sequence of coursework that provides transcripted or advanced standing courses, industry certification, and/or work-release opportunities in a career field of interest.  Currently, students can focus on Programs of Study in the following areas:
  • Automotive Tech Maintenance
  • Computer Networking
  • Construction
  • Engineering/Technology (Project Lead the Way)
  • Finance/Accounting
  • General Management
  • Health Care/Therapeutic Services
  • Horticulture/Plant Systems
  • Programming and Software Development
  • Restaurant & Food/Beverage Services
