Mr. Tyler Johnson
Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year!  I am new to the district and am very excited to work with students, staff and community to make this year great.  I believe that the key to success in the classroom is
building strong relationships with each and every student, and encouraging them to become the best
citizens, team members, and learners that they can possibly be.  Before becoming a Whippet this year,  I've served as a classroom teacher, special education teacher, and coach in Onalaska and Belleville school districts.  Over the course of my career, I've emphasized that students use their creativity, teamwork and desire to improve themselves.

Why Whitewater?  This town is beautiful and anyone who takes even a quick drive through Whitewater will easily see the sense of community among its residents.  Having grown up in Cambridge, I value a community that supports each other and I feel that successful schools are a shining example of  that virtue.
